Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential
  • Available and excited to travel periodically to California and other states
  • Completion of 8 hour supervision training (or willingness to complete within 90 days of hire)
  • At least 1 year of experience conducting FBAs in a school setting and reviewing assessment results at IEP meetings.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

As a Hybrid Behavior Analyst, your role may include conducting functional behavior assessments, collaboration and consultation, pocket coaching, providing supervision, developing and/or providing training, or leading/contributing to projects that support internal company initiatives to innovate the fields of education and mental health and enhance the value we deliver to our customers. Your specific duties will fluctuate throughout the year based on customer client needs and your availability and preferences. This flexible hourly position entails a blend of in-person and remote work. In-person work may consist of case-by-case assignments or designated on-campus support days, providing the flexibility to integrate within districts or work independently. During busy periods, your role may require up to 80% in-person work. Some travel, in California or other states, may be necessary for in-person assignments; potentially involving overnight stays depending on the length of the assignment

 
Job Duties:
  • Serve as the lead assessor or collaborator in conducting comprehensive functional behavior assessments including observations, interviews, and data collection and interpretation. 
  • Craft behavior intervention plans, escalation cycle management strategies, and behavior goals for assessed students as needed.
  • Engage in collaborative efforts with team members, parents, and district staff, including presenting FBA and BIP findings at IEP meetings.
  • Provide consultative support to school team members and parents to address individual student needs or general behavior management concerns.
  • Develop training materials and delivering high-quality training sessions to school teams, parents, or colleagues at Psyched Services.
  • Provide supervision to RBTs, BCBAs, and behavior analysis students.
  • Contribute to internal company projects and initiatives to further organizational goals.
  • Participate in virtual one-on-one meetings with managers/supervisors, performance reviews, and team meetings, along with both in-person and virtual social team-building activities.
  • Fulfill any additional duties as assigned to support the team and meet company objectives.

Pay Range: $42/hr - $75/hr
